    Information for Travel Agents and Tour Groups

    Cancellation Policy

    Please note that we are situated in a remote location and take bookings up to three years ahead.  We are unable to fill rooms at short notice; therefore:

    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for tour groups on all rooms booked.
    • The deposit will not be refunded on rooms subsequently not required.

    If cancellation occurs 30-50 days prior to booking, this will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total cost of the cancelled booking.

    If cancellation occurs within 16-29 days prior to the booking, this will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the cancelled booking.

    If cancellation occurs within 1-15 days prior to the booking, this will incur a 100% cancellation fee or the total cost of the cancelled booking.

    Travel Agents - we require pre-payment in full fourteen days in  advance of guests' arrival.  No refund within 14 days of arrival date.  Please contact us for banking details and commission rates.

    IMPORTANT - Please note:

    The Kimberley covers an area of over 420,000 km² , and parts of the Kimberley are remote and sometimes isolated.  We strongly recommend that you advise guests to carry comprehensive travel insurance to cover against loss of luggage, medical retrievals and hospital stays, travel delays and accidents.

    Whilst every precaution will be taken for the safety of guests, no liability of any kind whatsoever can be taken in the event of death, accident, injury, loss or damage to person and property, or cost of emergency evacuation from Mt Hart.
