(Valid Early April to 15 October) 

All prices are per person, per night, and include a stylish and comfortable room in one of the heritage homesteads, three course gourmet dinners, and fully cooked breakfasts.  Lunch is included for stays of more than one night, as well as a complimentary champagne, cheese and biscuit hamper to take up Sunset Hill on the second night of your stay. Tariff also includes use of canoe and fishing tackle.

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required  at time of booking, with the balance to be paid on departure.  Bookings will be held for one week only and forfeited if deposit is not paid. The balance in full will be charged if you fail to cancel within 14 days of arrival. Please note - the deposit  will be refunded if our road is closed due to inclement weather from Mid April - 15th May.  However, such Cancellations will incur a 10% administration fee of Deposits taken. Refunds due to road closure because of rain only apply to the months of April and until the 15th May.  Cancellations for the rest of the season will not be refunded. Please take out travel insurance.
