All prices are per person, per night, and include a stylish and comfortable room in one of the heritage homesteads, three course gourmet dinners, and fully cooked breakfasts.  Lunch is included for stays of more than one night, as well as a complimentary champagne, cheese and biscuit hamper to take up Sunset Hill on the second night of your stay. Tariff also includes use of canoe and fishing lines.

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required  at time of booking, with the balance to be paid on the day of your departure from Mt Hart.  Bookings will be held for one week only and forfeited if deposit is not paid. The balance in full will be charged if you fail to cancel within 14 days of arrival. Please note - the deposit  will be refunded if our road is closed due to inclement weather from 1st May - 15th May 2009.  However, such Cancellations will incur a 10% administration fee of Deposits taken. Cancellations for the rest of the season will not be refunded. Please take out travel insurance.
